About myPHP.se

Made by a coder.
For fellow coders.

A small corner of the web where free PHP scripts, practical tools and decades of experience are shared with anyone who wants to build something.

From HTML in 1996 to PHP today.

I started coding HTML back in 1996, when the web was still young and every page was hand-crafted. Over the years I moved through JavaScript, CSS, CGI, PHP and MySQL — building hundreds of websites and scripts along the way.

myPHP.se is my way of giving something back. Every script here is something I've actually used, refined and relied on. No bloated frameworks, no paywalls — just clean, practical code you can drop into your own project and learn from.

Whether you're just getting started with PHP or you've been at it for years, I hope you find something useful here. Take it, break it, improve it — that's what it's for.

What guides this site.

Simple rules that shape every script published here.

Keep it simple

No over-engineering. If a script can be 50 lines instead of 500, it will be.

Code should be readable first. Comments and clear names matter more than clever tricks.
